PoliteMail
Business Ethics and Human Rights Statement

My grandfather gave me this sage advice: Treat people how you want to be treated.

Integrity matters. PoliteMail operates ethically, legally, and lawfully, and expects our employees and supplier to operate the same way. PoliteMail seeks to outperform its competition fairly and honestly and seeks advantage through superior features and benefits, performance, and service.

Gifts may be permitted when of nominal value and may include customary and reasonable meals and entertainment at which the giver is present. No gifts or anything of value may be offered to any company officer or representative, consultant, or agent for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business.

PoliteMail expects all its employees and Suppliers to abide by their jurisdiction’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) which provides for severe penalties for companies and individuals who engage in direct or indirect bribery of government officials, government employees, or government-owned entities, whether federal, state or local.

Bribes or kickbacks or other inducements or means of undue or improper advantage shall not be offered or accepted.

PoliteMail and its suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable antitrust, data privacy, and labor laws including health and safety laws, and laws against human slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking.
