Happy employees mean everything. It boils down to having a supportive culture that puts employees first. While much has been made about achieving a positive “employee experience” only a few organizations are fortunate enough to claim a 94% success rate – that’s the number awarded to PoliteMail based on a survey of our employees conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Hiring is on the rise. Ashley hopes to raise the headcount at PoliteMail by as much as 28% by year’s end 2020.
Findings were based on the Institute’s employee experience platform, which was built on 30 years of research and used to quantify organizational culture and measure employee engagement.
PoliteMail is happy to be included among the country’s best places to work. Although we’re a small company of 35 employees, our future is writ large.
We recently announced a growth rate 376% over a three-year period (2015-2018), prompting us to move to a new and spacious 13,000-square-foot facility in Portsmouth, a beautiful oceanfront town that draws tourists from all over New England to sample its excellent shopping, theatre and cuisine. (And of course, its exceptional, customer-centric companies!)
